Challenge

Havas has built a rich and distinctive set of capabilities. The challenge for the next generation of client leaders is to build the capability to connect and converge them around client problems, in a way that enables the agency to grow powerful relationships with some of the world’s most innovative and demanding brands.

Solution

We built and led a bespoke training programme, hand-in-hand with the Havas Media Network’s management, that introduced their next generation of pitch leaders to every element of a winning pitch story - from client engagement, to team building to delivering a compelling and distinctive story on the day. Working with 80 attendees, in 3 locations, we collaborated on live briefs, inspiring and coaching throughout.

Impact

This programme received excellent feedback from attendees, and has allowed Havas to grow its pitch bench and win in the market. We have subsequently worked with both the UK & Global teams to adapt and scale the approach to an ever larger group of leaders.
