Elevating client relationships in the global hospitality business through story 

These sessions have made me much more confident about knowing how to build strong client relationships.

Challenge

TGP is a unique and extraordinary consulting business, working at the heart of some of the most ambitious projects in the global hospitality industry. Client-centricity is second nature to the business, but as the business seeks further growth, they wanted to raise the bar of client relationship-building.

Solution

We worked hand-in-hand with TGP’s management team to create a programme that used the power of story to elevate client relationships. This started with co-designing their global Gathering, and moved on to a bespoke programme of global remote learning to embed partnership-building within the team.

Impact

The Gathering and the learning programme were warmly received by the whole team, including attendee ratings of 9 out of 10 or more across all teams. TGP’s team have grown their capability and confidence in engaging with complex and demanding clients – supporting an excellent year of growth, and the opportunity to work on yet more spectacular global projects.
